Twitter is used in radio by branding the product on the website . People will put their item onto Twitter to announce to people that they have something that's beneficial to everyone . Twitter can also be used in radio by following someone or having someone follow you because of your imaging / what you do .

I have branded myself as a media professional this semester by getting on a social website and on blogger to update pictures of different artist or myself . Twitter can help brand myself because its different people that want to see what you're like . You have to put yourself out there in a positive way and it'll be easier .

How are websites used in radio ?

All websites are used in radio by basically letting the world know that you have something going on. Certain people would like to know what new items you have so that one day , maybe they can go get it and it'll be a win/win situation . For example , Rihanna is a good brander and she uses instagram and twitter so she can tell her fans and other people that she has a new album or tell the date when its coming out .

Branding and imaging is fun because i get to learn about different artist more . Its a good way to brand your products because you should have everyone try your item ( or whatever you trying to brand ) and give their feedback towards it . For Example , Puff Daddy ( P.Diddy ) has a good brand because he connects with his fans and he uses social media . Social media plays a big role when you're branding and imaging because you need to interact with other people so they'll know about it and they can tell their friends about the product .
